About Polyether Polyol
Polyether polyol is a clear, viscous liquid and the largest ingredient in flexible polyurethane foam. Mixed with TDI, water, catalysts and silicone it rises into the foam blocks that are cut into mattresses, sofa cushions and upholstery.
The polyol grade sets much of the foam's feel and strength. Foam makers commonly use a general-purpose slabstock polyol of around 3,000 to 3,500 molecular weight; tell us the grade or the foam density and hardness you make and we will quote a matching polyol.
We supply polyol in sealed drums, and can quote it together with TDI so your foam line has both main raw materials from one supplier.
